Thirty yearson both sides

Our team has worked in business development, in supply chain management and in program management. That is why our team can usually tell you where the cost actually sits, rather than just what it would like to charge for it.

Our journey

Most sourcing problemsare not sourcing problems

They are somebody in supply chain and somebody in program management working from different information, and neither of them owning the outcome. The part was never the hard bit.

Quick Strike Sourcing exists in that gap. Our team represents manufacturers and sources for buyers, which means our team is one of the few people in the conversation who can see both sets of constraints at once. Thirty years of shared experience across the three disciplines is the reason that works.

What our team covers

01

Defense and aerospace

Representation and sourcing across defense and aerospace programs, with more than forty programs of record supported.

02

Industry representation

Circuit cards, box builds, wire and cable, flex circuits, injection molding, welding, machining, mechanicals, additive and full robotic vehicle builds.

03

Design engineering

Circuit card design and design for manufacture, so cost comes out before the first quote rather than after the first article.

04

Sourcing solutions

Driving direct material cost down by around forty percent, shortening lead times, and finding material other people have given up on.

05

Commercial markets

Electronic and mechanical supply for medical, automotive, marine and industrial customers alongside the defense work.

06

Program support

Sitting between the buyer and the shop floor for the life of a program, not just until the purchase order lands.

Keep striking

Whether it is a full bill of material or one part nobody will quote, the first conversation costs nothing.
