What products and processes can you source?
Circuit card assemblies, wire and cable harnesses, box builds, CNC machined metal, fabricated metal, additive manufacturing, EV battery and propulsion systems, line replaceable units, robotic vehicle builds and full vehicle integration.
Do you work with CNC machining manufacturers in Michigan?
Yes. Our partners run 3, 3+2, 4 and 5 axis machining as well as wire and sinker EDM, from single prototypes through production quantities.
What are the options for cable and wire harness assembly in Michigan to AS9100, ITAR and IPC Class 3?
We source discrete wire, cable and overbraided harnesses built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 and Class 3, on formboard, with calibrated crimp and pull testing and continuity and dielectric withstand on every build. Partners are AS9100 Rev D and ITAR registered.
Can you source welding and metal fabrication suppliers?
Yes. Laser and waterjet cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly of enclosures, brackets, frames and weldments, including certified weld processes.
Do you offer American made battery solutions?
Yes. US built packs including cell selection, module and pack assembly, battery management system integration, enclosure design and connector interface.
Do you manufacture robotic UGV and UAV platforms?
Yes. We support unmanned ground and air vehicle builds, from structural and electronic subassemblies through full vehicle integration and test.
Can you handle both electronics and mechanical or metal components in one project?
Yes, and this is the reason most customers call us. One point of contact covers the circuit cards, the harnesses, the machined and fabricated metal and the final assembly, instead of you managing four separate supply chains.
Do you support design services, or only manufacturing of existing designs?
Both. We offer design engineering and design for manufacturing, so a concept can be developed into a producible package, and an existing print can be reviewed for cost and manufacturability before it goes to the floor.
Can you source hard to find or long lead components?
Yes. Expediting long lead parts and finding second sources for obsolete or allocated components is a regular part of what we do.
Do you offer prototyping, or only full-rate production runs?
Both, including quick turn prototypes. A large share of our work starts as a prototype and stays with the same partner into rate production, which keeps the process validated.
